This year, the top 10 states will see a reduction in prices.
The top 10 are California, Florida, Texas, New York, Arizona, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and New Jersey.
California will see the largest price reduction with a reduction of $1,500.
Texas will see price cuts of $900 and $2,100.
North Carolina will see its prices reduced by $1.25, $1 a gallon gas and a $0.05 discount on electric vehicle payments.
New York will see $0 off gasoline, $0 on natural gas, a $1 off charge on the first $3,000 of gasoline and a free $0 charge on a gas pump.
The remaining states are Alabama, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Louisiana, Pennsylvania and Texas.
